Update a gateway
Updates an existing gateway. Tenant JWTs may not send entitlements (422). Platform tier downgrades that would leave the tenant over the new MaxInstances return 409 — delete excess gateways first.

StoreMode is the gateway's MCP Store curation mode, the same value UpdateGatewayRequest writes. It is derived (never blank) rather than left for readers to dig out of metadata: a reader that missed it there read a gateway as open — the domain default — and showed a curated Store as wide open.
